With this app, you can use your Nokia N95 as a lightsaber. It makes the right sounds, anyways. Install the app, and then press the center button on the d-pad to power your new lightsaber on. Swing it around and you get the cool sound effects, including one for when two sabers clash.

S60SpotOn is a simple app that will keep the backlight turned on when the program is activated without using very many resources.

    Didn't see this posted.

Mobiola Video Converter. Drag and drop any movie and it'll convert it for it to divx and make it smaller. Great quality.

cool stuff, but most of it useless... how hard it is to develop an app that can turn on camera light on and off? It would be awesome!

I don't think its possible.. i don't think those LEDS on (n95 n73 and so on) are made to shine at top level for continous periods of time....it might ruin the led... may be wrong though

BTW, Why was the other freeware thread deleted? it had SOO many more links than this one....

Symarctic have just released ExtGPS - A new java application that allows you to use your N95 as an external GPS module for your laptop or any device with navigation/mapping potential and bluetooth, really

The application is tiny, and very easy to use - Simply open it up, allow it to connect via satellite and initiate a bluetooth connection via whatever software/device you're pairing it with

Viola! Your N95 is now a fully functional external GPS module

    Download here.
