I want 2 diff backgrounds: 1 for the homescreen and the 2nd one for when its locked.

How do i do this again?

These are iPhone applications which run on the phone itself not on your PC. Your PC's OS makes no difference.

hmmm I'm looking at all the themes and they look pretty great ! What I really like the most though is that one theme where the carrier logo is "iPhone".
I remember on my razr, i was able to mod the carrier logo to display what I wanted, the "hex editor". I read/saw somewhere on these forums that someone tried to hex edit their carrier and ended up messing up their phone. Any theme that lets you put your own logo for the carrier?

You don't need to change your theme to change the carrier logo.

You simply use iBrickr to replace the carrier logo image with another properly formatted image.

You may be waiting a while.

There's no guarantee that these mods will even work with the next update. I believe no one has yet been able to crack the new iTouch. A similar issue may arise with the next iPhone software.

When you say in the installer you mean in install.app right? I'm looking under themes there and I don't see it
