Wow, I really need help Sidekick 3

Well ok, my friend finally sold me his sidekick 3 and he had a monthly plan with it and cancled it and he got an iphone. Well today I received my cousin's sidekick 2 prepaid sim and put it in the sidekick 3 and bought a $10 refill card and called T-mobile so I can change the number to my area code. While on the phone she said it may take up to 24 hrs for the number to be changed but it happened in less than an hour.

So I can call people and what not but I can't use aim, web browser, or download ring tones! His account is on there and he gave me his password but it doesn't work and gives me an error like code: Net5 or something and then I called t-mobile again seeing if they can help me out with this problem and I was on the phone for an hour and she didn't help me do ****. I asked her if she can reset the phone to factory settings or something but then I found how to do it on google and I tried that but still his account shows up. How can I make a new account on the phone registered with my sim card ?? Or is something else wrong? Please help !!

You need to call tmo. ask for sk data support.Tell them to remove his username form the phones IMIE number.
