    Fixing an old Razr V3a?

Hey everyone......I have an old Razr V3a lying around that I would like to try to fix. I am currently with Alltel. My Razr got water on the battery so it quit staying charged, and the back cover would not stay on. After it broke, I bought an Alltel Hue (Samsung R-500) and I don't really like it. I was wondering if I could just buy a new battery and back cover from ebay and re activate the Razr and be able to use it again?

Also, the "select" button on the keypad came off and I was wondering if I could just get a new keypad off of ebay and put it on and that fix it? Thanks!

Unless yer emotionally attached to this particular phone, getting a new/used one that work would be cheaper.

There seems to be a lot wrong with that V3a. Why not bring your new phone back and pick up a new v3a?
