GSM phone that tracks usage by time of day?

I got a Nokia 8290 and as much as I like my phone/service with cingular they lack one thing that Sptint had which was an easy acess to my usage broken down in to daytime minutes and weekend/night usage (online or on the phone)

The only way to get this info is to call CS and ask, simetimes waiting for a while.

So my quest is to find a GSM phone that can track usage of daytime minutes (assuming that one exists or will be made soon).

Sorry but no phone like that exsist. Not only would the phone have to be programmed by every provider on what their nighttime and weekend minutes are and each phone would also have to count time in minutes not seconds b/c all or most providers bill in full minute increments. A phone like that would be nice but i think we are dreaming here

Cingular does have online billing, that breaks down your usage according to your plan, at least in CA/NV/WA/ID the system work.

yes online billing will do that, but there is no phone that will at least not now.
