In all reality you should be searching XDA. IMO using a google site search may be slightly more productive, with the exception of perhaps limiting to one of their sub-forums. Try variants of the following:

ATT had a special download for the Tilt2, iphones, and other new smartphones. The program was supposed to automatically redirect the phone to connect to ATT's WiFI ssid if any are in range, thus reducing the burden on 3G network.

I've tried to download this for my 8525 but the SMS download link does not allow me. I guess it detected my 8525 is not a Tilt2.

Has anyone got this wifi redirect program to work on the 8525?

I'm also on the old pda media max plan, so it may be another reason it won't work.
