i called docomo today and as usual, they were unhelpful. they have no idea what unlock is, and told me to buy a mobile overseas. they said it "might" be able to send japanese, of course. it is not true. sigh...
re. kddimobile.com, the mobiles in the us are really .....! quite funny. i think even if i can read japanese e-mail, and send back in romanji would be ok. can unlocked phones do that? i doubt my boss will like it but no choice.
