w810 problem

I've had my w810i for little less than a year now and now it's been automatically turning off at random times and i have to turn it back on.

1 rare coz can b the loose battery cover if it is...many a times it happens..that when u put on phone on the table or something...coz of the loose battery cover it looses contact...but just maybe...
or else have u tried updating the sw through SEUS n chk
