    Is Minnesota (minneapolis/twin cities) a Care or Telegence market?

    correction on that btw....

    only reps see the three letter ending in Telegence markets when reviewing accounts; on your bill, it will only have the 12 digit account number.

    Care markets will end in the "001-31" or "001-19", for instance.

    Why do you care? CARE is an older system being phased out, everything will be Telegence soon, and at this point in time TLG and CARE rarely make a difference to reps (and only then because CARE is buggier and doesn't work as well with our point of sale system) and policy/technology changes.

    My account has 8 digits only, all numbers. This was obtained from the website, not a paper bill. I am on paperless billing.

    I live in Charlotte NC. Am I Telegence?
    Sold by AT&T to Suncom years ago...returned to AT&T 09-30-07 with Samsung Sync.

    Negative, you're in the CARE billing system. Telegence account #s are 9 digits.

    A matter of months. There shouldn't be too much screwing up, they've been converting CARE accounts for a while.
