    Sprint Senior Vice President-Customer Service

Anyone know who the Customer Service execs are or how do we contact them?

Sorry, they are in seclusion. Way to many people complaining. All the old phone numbers that I used to have are disconected or are now porn lines.

Its not like any other company lets top ranking execs give out their phone number so any customer can call them. There job is not to talk to customers directly, thats what care is for. You have to keep escalating your issue thru care until it reaches the appropiate department head.

There is a reason you dont know their phone numbers.

That philosphy is exactly why sprint is losing its long time customers.

Let me give you a recent example. Sprint kept calling me and asked if I wanted a free phone. I said sure, please put it in an email. They emailed and stated that I would get a $150 instant rebate and Sprint would credit my account for $99.99 so that I would get a Free Kantana II. Keep in mind that this is spelled out in an email from ecare. When I emailed back I received a response that they could only offer the $150 instant rebate. When I called and spoke to two different reps I was told that emails could be altered. Our whole sprint loving family was shocked but not surprised.

If Sprint executives want to hide behind poor c/s thats fine but start looking for a new job. All one has to do is look at the churn numbers and Sprint is in trouble. Not to mention Sprint will no longer be sold at Costco and Best Buy is rumored to give them the boot.

Lets hope that their new CEO can turn things around.

BTW, with most companies its easy to get the CEO/Presidents office on the line and speak to an administrative assistant. You would be amazed at what they will do for you.

Just try and do it with Sprint. They do not ecare!

Sprint does have an executive office of the president type deal, but I dont know the number offhand. But, even then your speaking to some secratary who forwards it to someone else. You'll never speak directly with some higher ups at Sprint or any other company for that matter.

I accepted Sprints offer the same day it was emailed to me. They then refused to honor what was in their email. Your comments suggest someone that has that Sprint ecare mentality.

Would YOU accept a telephone solicitation, without confirming who they were or what exactly was being offered to you? If you would, I have a bridge in brooklyn for sale - CHEAP!

To me, he's got a legitimate gripe.

Sounds like you never made it back to the department that was doing the cold calling. They should have had a way to route the email back to the right people but it sounds like it just got to normal care and they did not know what to do with it.

Sprint has even used 3rd parties to run their cold calling promos so it might not even have been a Sprint EE that sent you the email (even if it came from a Sprint address).

Anyway, it sucks and is bad business.

OH NO SPRINT DOESN'T LET PEOPLE CALL THEIR TOP EXECUTIVES DIRECTLY ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES! THOSE BASTARDSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Seriously, what? No company does this. And jj, that thing that happened to you has nothing even remotely to do with not being able to call the VP of customer service directly. This is the most ridiculous anti-Sprint complaint I've ever seen or heard.

Yes it does, and I have already resloved issues directly with executive services. Its bad business to send an email with an offer and not honoring it. Unfortunately, executives at the top have no idea what is going on until you let them know.

So, you've already had a customer service complaint resolved by ringing the VP of customer relations and speaking to him directly?
