    tandi8989 on ebay?

    Has anyone bought the new sidekick from the seller "tandi8989" on ebay? He has been posting them for $325 + $15 shipping but only has 16 feedback. He has listed it about 5 times so far and has a quantity of 10 on each auction. Just wondering if it's legit cause i would like to buy one

    I'd say go for it. He's sold other T-Mobile phones and ipods before and his feedback isn't questionable.
