    complete success except...

hello again. btw, thanks to every1 for making every processes work.
i do have a minor problem that i have noticed about youtube. It works and plays video but not all video link anymore. It kept saying that the movie cant be played. Is there a reason why? because all the video that i had watched when i had 1.0.2 was working well but it doesnt even let it play anymore on this one click activation process.

ranova- since we don't need a PC to perform these steps, does that means its feasible that the steps could be reversed, without a PC?

This may fall under the OneSIM thread, so sorry if it doesn't apply to you. I cannot get my phone to show up at all (won't charge from PC or appear as a device), so I need a way to undo AnySIM, and THEN worry about reversing jailbreak and activation, without being able to connect to iTunes...

    Ahhh!
I don't subscribe to threads. If you've got something to say to me, PM.

I had restored my phone because customize messed up my phone and decided to try ranova's guide, it worked perfectly without the need of a pc. I should've read his FAQ, said that customize will mess up your 1.1.1 phone

Please ignore my last post regarding a reverse iPhone-only method. I was finally able to get my phone into restore mode.

This method did not work for me. I left it alone for about 10 minutes, but had to go so I shut down.

I did have WEP turned on, but there were no problems connecting at any time (unless you say that's the problem).

One thing I didn't notice in any pictures was if we're supposed to be in a call during the activation and jailbreak process? I don't see any other way, since it doesn't even let you end the call.

    I will try again later.

I have a secured wifi which I am sharing with my friend. But he is on vacation and I don't have access to his computer to make the wifi unsecured.

But I have the password to enter his secured wifi network.

My question is when I am going to try to connect to wifi. Does it going to provide me with an option to enter password?

If not, then I have another open wifi but it is high speed light (its not fast but 5 or 10 time faster than dial up). Should I try to use this open wifi or the secured one.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    6) You should now be in your settings menu where you can add your WiFi security information.

You mean this step will give me option to add my password?

Thanks Ranova for putting this guide up.

I am going to try it tonight and let you know. I am going to buy my iphone tonight.

I am reading how to unlock iphone 1.1.1 on different forums but I found your method is easy and straight forward.

    Thanks once again.

    With regards,
