That's funny I'm glad I'm not the only one that did that. So do you think you'll keep your shadow? I also have the blackberry 8320 Curve. But I really like the simple interface On the Shadow.

i would just wait for the registry edits to come out for the shadow and see what you can do with it... i am pretty sure there is something that you can do for the increase volume

funny thing is that today at the store when I bought my SHADOW.. The first thing I did is that I tested the phone by calling my Voice Mail, and immediatly remember your post when i noticed the volume being so low. then I looked at the phone and noticed that the Plastic covering the front did not had any holes around the speacker.. hahahahaha!!! Then I said, I wonder if Dop3 made the same mistake..

Anyways, this phone is awesome.. I just got me this Brand New SHADOW for only $49.99 with a 2 year contract.. The local FRY's store had an awesome deal that ended yesterday, but they forgot to update the price labels, and after they started activating my phone and new plan, they realize that they could not give me the $300.00 discount, but the CR knowing I was going to walk away from the purchase, he talk to his manager and got me the additional $150.00 anyways on the spot. So I only paid $49.99 + TAX.. Nice!!

Just call it luck as for the price I got it for, but even if I had paid the full price of $349.99, I realize now that the SHADOW is beyond anything I expected specially after seeing some of the reviews here and on other sites.. This phone is BY FAR the best, even my wife wants to take it from me and not give it back.. I guess I need to watch my back tonight.. hehehe!!!

Oh,, and to my surprise the Internet is WAAAY faster then expected too for a carrier that has no 3G..

Also, is very apparent that T-Mobile has made some serious improvements.. Last time I had them about 2 years ago for only 2 or 3 days, their service was by far the worst.. Now, they are to my surprise better then AT&T and as good if not better then Verizon from what I have noticed in the last couple of weeks. And now that I have an official T-Mobile phone.. I see that for sure I made the right choice by starting the process to move my phone lines to T-Mobile from AT&T..
Is your Wireless Provider the best? *POLL*

I was looking at the GREEN Shadow,, wonder if it would look better then the Copper/Brown one I have? But it would be impossible to get it replaced unless I buy it separate, because the one I got I only paid $49.99 + tax..
