How long does it take usually to crack new firmware, or is this one un-crackable?
Zach
It's already cracked via this Jailbreak software haha,
if you're referring to the actual unlock, they can unlock 1.1.2 once 1.1.2 comes out as they will need the new firmware secpack.
I really hate to change the subject but I don't know where else to post. I have a 4GB iphone that has been having reception issues. Does anyone think that it is firmware related??? I have 1.1.1 but have heard that 1.1.2 users in the UK are having the same problem. I hope my iPhone isn't messed up because it's running on T-Mo and I don't have an AT&T account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

please post as a new thread as this is unrelated to the topic.
If I get a factory 1.1.2 and then downgrade it to 1.1.1 and follow the instructions to unlock it and leave it as it is, is it fine?
What steps should I follow to do that?
There is no unlock for 1.1.2 OTB no matter whether you downgrade to an older firmware because the baseband remains 04.02.13_g with the new Bootloader 4.0.6
