    network unlock nokia 3595

    Hi all,

    I have a Nokia 3595 with AT&t which I unlocked myself (all restrictions removed). When I came here to algeria and tried to use, I found out that it's not unlocked for the network (always no service). Any idea how I can unlock it for the network?
