I got incontact with Mitsubishi Electric in Japan...
I spoke with a Tech and he told me. Let me see what I can do.
Best answer I got so far.
I explained everything to him and it looked like he may help me out.
I spoke with him on Friday Night (Japan Time). Thats if he really wants too help.
So far no reply.
Well, It took Tmo about 2 to 3 days to email me code to unlock my Tmo Shadow. So I cant expect a reply in just one day (not counting Weekends)...
Now, the Docomo Phones (Mitsu) are locked at the factory but they CAN be unlocked (Network Upgrades). this is what he told me. Except the Keys are stored with limmited access (Didnt say who has the access). So its not like you can call and get it in 5 min. This is probebly why no one wants to go thrue the hastle of unlocking and they do want there technology to remain in Japan.
He also told me that there is an exception to this. But he didnt tell me what it is... Probebly, because all calls are recorded.
All I can say, I was honest with him. So if I do get the KEY.
I may have found the exception to the restriction.
