So that's Step 1 (do you have the two IMSIs?). Now it's a matter of writing the necessary info. Hope it works, because this will be a breakthrough.

I dont have the Sim (FOMA)
I should have it in a week, Not sure about the sim. I cant get it here.
Can anyone get one for me?

I will try using a phone locked to ATT and use a Tmobile Sim in it...
Thats wothout unlocking a phone first... Just to see how it works.

Well, The new Tmobile Sims are V2...

I cant get the Ki out of it...

    Posible reason:

    1. Its not possible to extract it
    2. The instructions are in Chinese, and I cant really understand it. I tried using translation and still it does not make much sence to me...

It neets to translated better by someone that understands it and the correct meening.

I give up for now. I will try to get the Unlock code from Docomo/Mitsubishi.
If that fails, I will continue Frying SIMs...

But didn't you post earlier, that you successfully extracted the KI? What SIM was that then?

That's what I guess. Even that website was in Chinese, if they'd be able to extract v2 KI's, it would already be known on the English speaking internet.
    Not giving up hopes, though...

Well, call DoCoMo and ask them. But I'm nearly 100% sure they won't give you the code. I actually doubt that kind of code even exists...

So, let me ask again: From which SIM did you successfully extract the KI?

    @yangj08
Thanks for the translation! It's way more understandable now!

I extracted the Ki from the Tmobile to Go Sim...

    But Im also ...

I just looked at the USB SIM adapter and it had a switch on it...
Turns out to be that it was set to High Speed... So the lowest was 6.14Mhz... I think this is why I killed 2 Simcards... Running them to fast.

I am able to Run the scan at the lowest speed of 3.57Mhz (9600bps). thats after I changed the position of the switch on the Adapter...

I'm currently scanning a SIM that I have not activated yet.
The way I see it, the Ki is always in the SIM and when you activate the SIM and give them the ICCID thats on the sim its linked to the Ki that they already have in the system and just register it with the tower. Allowing you to use the Phone.

So If the SIM is not activated, I can still extract the Ki and be able to use it after I activate the SIM...

I will do thrue the Prosedure for the V2 Ki Extraction, if this scan failes to get it out of the sim...

    Will keep you posted.

P.S. I cant verify that my Ki extraction works because the To Go Sim is not activated. But I'm thinking to just try it and see if i get connected to Customer Support of Tmobile when I try to call myself.

I have 1 12in1 SIM and 1 6in1 SIM for now... what sim should I save for my new Docomo phone? Just looking for advice.

    EDIT:
I'm thinking about buying a 10pack of tmobile sims from ebay for $100...
    (i think its a 10 pack,maybe a 100pack) just to play with.
Sence, this is my only option now, I will keep at it till I figure it out.
I think the same about Docomo. I dont think they will give me the code nometter what story I come up with weather its true or not.

As far as I know, it shouldn't matter if the SIM has been activated yet or not. Just write the KI and IMSI on a blank card and see if it gets connected to the network.

I can't tell which blank SIMs are the best for this hack, but aren't the ones you have re-writable anyway?

I remember that a specific type of blank SIM called an "877 card" is needed. That may have just been a recommendation though. Give it a try with the card you have.

The Tmobile to Go card is v1. It was to easy to extract the Ki from it...

The main one, I still hit a brickwall... its v2.
Been searching, looks like its not cracked yet.

The v2 sim is still alive after all the abuse...
3.57Mhz (9600bps) is the way to go... Slower but Safer for the card...
    at least thats my opinion...

    Back to waiting.

Well then, good luck! I really hope you can make it... Would be the first cracked v2 SIM though...

The 877 card seems to be just the Chinese name for the Super SIM. I guess it's identical with the ones you have.

Are you using the programs downloaded from the forum or are you using other programs?

    @yangj08
Did actually somebody on that Chinese forum say that he successfully extracted a KI from a v2 card? Or did they just say something like "the software is probably able to do that..."?

Yep- I downloaded the files and went through the readmes. There were lots of references to "all the work and testing that went into decoding the v2 SIM" (in Chinese- all the readme files are in Chinese but I already translated the basic procedure). I don't have a SIM reader/writer so I can't try it myself.

Can you share the readme files. translated versions. All i go by is pics now.

Also there is a pic in one of the readme file of a program thats not included...
I looked all over the dirs and started every program and its not there...

Its the pic that shows the alg.tmp file bieng 4MB in size... I was only able to get it up to about 280KB... so far... maybe I missed a step or gust misunderstood it.

    Will keep trying.

P.S. What is the actual Difference between v1 and v2 Tmobile SIMs???
Are there any feature upgrades or is it just the security in the card?

If its just security, I will find a v1 Sim and use that... Get the Ki and copy it.

Yep- it's just security. I'll have to see if I have the free time to do the translations- I'm just a high school student and finals are approaching.

    Ok, Thank you.

Take your time. But it would help me out a great deal.
Plus if it does work, I will POST all the info here and Files will go on my server for sharing. I have plenty of tmo v2 sims to use and hopefully not destroy.

Plus it has to be translated by someone that knows a little about cellphones and understands the correct meaning for the technical parts of it.

Sorry Microsoft and Google. you just dont know how.
This is who I used for translation so far...
