i have a 911, 912 and 920 but have not seen anything yet about unlocking. The japanese guys who successfully unlocked my 801sa, 801sh and 903sh havent even got to the 911 yet.
But i dont think many people are trying to unlock the non-gsm 911 or 912 phones. There will be much more pressure from people outside Japan to get the 920 unlocked, because its dual mode/triband, so i think that will probably happen one day.
(disclaimer: this is just my humble opinion, i am not suggesting anyone outside japan should go out and buy a 920 expecting an unlock, ok!)

We're only starting to have tv phones here and video conversation that japan has already a high definition lcd screen with those flips phones like the 920...amazing.
