My online bill shows a CREDIT of $371 which was the price of the phone itself. Is this right?![]()
Sure doesn't seem so. Comments?

Well I don't know why they would add it to my bill since I already paid once. Does not make sense. Why wouldn't I see a charge then? I have a net credit of $371
It'll show on the bill when it prints. Sprint has a weird way of billing for equipment.Originally Posted by dequardo
It's simple accounting math.
You order a phone/account.
Account is created.
You have a balance of $0
You pay for a phone, -$371
They ship a phone and it will be charged to your account, $371
Ending Balance $0
