Does pop3/imap/smtp work? Does the t-zones wap browser work? If not, then perhaps your t-zones is not enabled correctly and you need to contact t-mobile.

Also, what with (pop3/imap/smtp), I don't know what's that about and how come I don't have flash play on the web site.
Thanks a bunch...

Can you be more descriptive of how the battery life sucks? How long is it lasting you and with what type of usage?
Thanks
Just gotta take the time to find the games
outside of the computer...they take longer
to download though.
Im at 48% for the day. Unplugged at 7 am. Made the normal amount of calls. But I do typically range 4 to 7K texts a month. I think my MDA was at about the same batt usage? I charge my phone everynight so the batt issue really isnt one for meOriginally Posted by thx247
May have to amend that. Left this am at 715. 15 min drive to work. Few texts but had bluetooth on to sync with my Pioneer D3. Battery at 89%! Guess I need a car charger.

Please note that there are two volume controls on the Shadow, the scroll wheel can go to 100%, but the left side volume keys are the Master Volume, you need to adjust that to a maximum level you wish, then the scroll does a percentage of that volume> This is for all audio.Originally Posted by badbob001
Yes the battery sucks and they are all working on it, T-Mo, HTC and Microsoft. It has to do with timeouts, data connections, heartbeat syncs back to Exchange servers, etc...so it isn't going to likely be fixed in this device for a while if ever. Sorry, may want to consider a second battery or really long extension cord.Originally Posted by yarddog24
On page 6 of the manual, it mentions switching to "flight mode" when using on aircraft. Searching the rest of the manual reveals nothing. May be just a canned disclaimer.
I understand flight mode would mean all radios are turned off. It's easy to manually turn off the bluetooth and and wifi radios. The only thing left is the phone radio.
Is there a flight mode on the Shadow? There may not be much use for it (playing games?), but just wondering.
funny thing is that tmobile have not carried batteries for there phone in the the store for a long time but what turned up in a shipment last week????? Batteries for the shadow. If it was not for the battery issue this would be the best phone that tmobile has had in a long time. I guess that's what you get when the entire design and testing phase of a product is only eight to nine months.
