You can also check out the "Blackjack WM6 update on At&t forums!!!" thread on these boards. Thats where i've been keeping up to date with things. Thanks to CHudy2 we now have working ICS on both the Blackjack 1 and II using WM6.
I3 is the latest so far.

Super.. Thanks for all the good info. I looked at the At&t forums a while back but not recently. Sounds like I need to go look again. ICS working On WM6 for both Blackjacks? Wow.. That is great news. I hadn't heard that. Is CHudy2 on this forum or at&t? I'd like to find out more about ICS working on the Blackjack II.
Thanks
EDIT: Never Mind... CHudy2 is here. (I shoulda looked first ) I also found his CAB on the same web site as the WM6 link.
UPDATE (12/13/2007): I’ve also made available the Registry import file you’ll need to use when reverting to the original, Internet Explorer-only associations. It’s HERE.
I gave up on WM5. I took the plunge and updated my i607 Blackjack to WM6 using the latest update mango101 advised me of (I3). I also used his advice and got the ICS mods done by CHudy2.
I couldn't have made a better move... I'll never look back.
Between the great advise, help, and efforts of Menneisyys, mango101, and CHudy2. Everything now works perfectly!!!!
I've got WM6, Opera Mini4 as my default browser and ICS works. A trifecta. We also know the "SendKeys" command on a WM5 Blackjack doesn't work.
It is support from folks like you that makes using a WM based phone a fantastic experience. You just can't customize other phones like this.
UPDATE (12/15/2007):XDA-Devs forum member shlomki has just released the different hacks in CAB format so that they’re very easy to install. They’re available HERE. Comments are welcome. (Note that, due to lack of time, I haven’t checked them.)
No luck getting these scripts to work on my T-Mobile Dash with the terrific, recently-discovered HTC ROM v1.33.422.
Using the script by clicking a link in Pocket Outlook, I've determined that SetClipText(url) works. I know this because I can paste it using the paste function of SmartToolkit. But none of the output methods using MortScript are working for me. Question is how does SmartToolkit do its pasting? The fact that it's doing it means that it has to be possible. Or maybe STK is interfering somehow. I should check that out.
Just posting to inform that this little hack works beautifully on my iPaq hx4705. Installation was quick & easy & took about 5 minutes altogether. Just to note, I'm running a franken-version of WM6.
I'm pulling my hair out on this...I have followed all instructions....loaded Mortscript, copied file, ran registry import via resco & I still cannot get mini to actually link to web via email. I've loaded both versions where I can select IE or Mini, IE always works & Mini just launches the application but does not load the web link....what am I doing wrong????

What exactly happens? Are your left spoftkey presses registered - that is, does at least the main menu come up, or, does just Opera Mini "sit" in there?
You can always try increasing the waiting between each consecutive softkey-press emulation.

Java loads, Opera Mini loads but does not link to the web page. It sits at the main Opera Mini screen. I'm not sure what you mean by "softkey presses registered".

One more thing....when I look at the Opera.ink located in my Windows folder the shortcut target reads. "\Windows\jbed.exe"-DFile.maxStorageSize=20M.
Don't know if this helps address my problem or not. I could check the registry entries to make sure they imported correctly...but...I'm not sure what they are.
