Do you think Vodafone will sell its stake in Verizon Wireless ?

Do you think Vodafone will sell its stake in Verizon Wireless ? If so, do you think that this would make Verizon's #1 position plumet ?

And if Vodafone sells its Verizon Wireless stake, do you think that they would invest in either AT&T Wireless or T-Mobile ?

    No, no.

    No.

Businesses are in the business of making money. Why would Vodaphone sell its share in a profitable operation?

No but if they did i think verizon could go it alone. Although after lnp is implemted i dont see vzw being number one anymore and even so i think vzw will be around for a long time

Vodaphone has publicly denied trying to sell verizon wireless....a spokesperson for vodaphone said something to the effect of "we would rather own 45% of coca-cola then 65% of virgin cola"

anyays if they do sell..its nota big deal...verizon and voda phone have a venture in italy also...so they'll end up trading thier sharein those companies and verizon will pay the difference...verizon does have enough money to do this..
