Can removing SMS and MMS pay per use affect my BIS plan?
I called Business Care and asked to have SMS and MMS pay per use taken off and the customer service rep said that I wouldn't be able to since it'd affect my BIS features...I thought BIS was unlimited data only and didn't concern SMS or MMS?
She also said that I had 200 messages included with my plan...weird. I did sign up for the messaging starter pack and proceeded to take it off in OLAM the very same night last week, and it's no longer showing as a feature included...what's with this horrible glitch?
I like prepaid services...methinks.
