    Verizon only plan?

Did Verizon ever or do they plan on offering a Verizon network only plan? I, for one, have never been out of Verizons signal. I have the AC plan and I have yet to see Extended Network on my phone. I would be willing to forgo the extended network areas for more "Verizon Only" minutes. You can see how vast the Verizon only network is by looking at the Mobile To Mobile map. Anyone know if this will ever be offered?

    Elrod,
Yes, in some markets, most notably in Texas, Verizon offered a Verizon-only plan. Many of us, like you, who rarely leave Verizon's coverage, wondered why we all couldn't have that. But they created America's Choice instead, which is far larger.

They still offer a Verizon-only plan which is an employee plan. But with the success of AC, I'm betting this is as limited as it gets. With so many people signing up for AC instead of NSR, I bet some roaming partners are looking at contracting with Verizon to be a preferred roaming partner under AC and charging less for roaming, than lose all that roaming income.

Plus, you'd probably only get like 50 more minutes.
