Resetting a Blackjack I (for an Exchange)

Thanks in advance for the help.

I am experiencing some problems with my Blackjack, and jave contacted ATT. They are going to grant me an exchange.

I want to erase everything before I send it back (3rd party apps, themes, ect). Is there a way to reformat it back to the way it was when I got it?


Are there any other steps I should take?

to hard reset your phone.. turn it off. Hold up on the directional pad, hit the button on top to power on the phone. It will ask you to press 1 to reformat phone and select yes.

And that clears everything? And I have nothing to worry about?
