    hey guys, advice needed....

    hello again everyone,

ok well i've pretty much narrowed my 2 choices down to HTC TyTn (the first one) and the HTC Touch.

now i plan on using my phone mainly for text messaging, windows live and surfing the net via WiFi.

pls offer up ur choice and why...thank you so much.

also, do the WiFi on these phones differ from eachother in terms of reliability and the distance in which it takes to pick up a signal?

I played with the HTC Touch in the Sprint store recently and I wasn't that impressed. Honestly, go with your gut. I'm holding out until HTC comes out with more user friendly features.

Get the Tytn, I have the 8525 (ATT branded version of the Tytn) and I love it.

Because you are going to be doing a lot of texting, I'd go with the TYTN since it has a real keyboard. I've used the Touch keyboard (on my TYTN II) and preferred the real keyboard on the TYTN.
