Since the question, "What is a good site to download free ring tones?" appears to be asked endlessly in multiple forums, I thought this would be a good area to have a so-called "master list" of free ring tone sites. Feel free to contribute or to add corrections to this thread.
What about info concerning issues with receiving such sms with specific network providers?
For instance, I cannot get any web based application to successfully send any kind of sms to my voicestream account
I add more later, I know a bunch, just don't remember them right now!

Does any of these links allow me to get ringtones without any of those special 1 buck per minute charges. And without the sms opotion. I did not pick sms with my cell since it costs extra. I plan to switch later though.
Personally, I am not about to hand over my IMEI to a bunch of ppl in Singapore simply to see if a ringtone can actually make it onto my phone.
Anyone know a way to send EMS (ringtones, sounds pics etc) as SMS through an email gateway?

I've found this site that not only provides free ringtones, but also sends them to your mobile (provided that you have a Nokia GSM handset)... http://mymtones.com/
