    Apps on v9?

    Hey!
Im with Bell.. and I am wondering if there are two specific apps I could get.

    1) A email client where all my email from my website (POP3 and SMPT) can be recieved and sent?

    2) A GPS app which would work on the phone?

    Thanks for any help!

Found a free email client for me phone!

Still looking for some type of GPS software.. Does anyone know if the rarz2 v9m has the built in gps? How could I get it working..? Thanks!

edit: oh yes. I have another quick question.. for some apps (eg. google maps) every time it needs to access the internet, it is set to ask. When I go into the settings to set it to always allow - that option isn't available - only Always Ask. Is there a way to get around this and always let it allow access to the internet?

Yeah its quite annoying trying to view a map and every time you go to move you have to allow it like 5 times.

Something else. I found this one which worked quite well,

    MujMail - http://www.getjar.com/products/11608/mujMailemailclient

But.. then I was roaming around and found another one..

    Morange - http://morange.com

You create a account and can do much more other then just email. Its quite interesting. And, is more visually appealing then MujMail.

Both of these work quite well.

I signed up for Morange a whole ago, but never used it. How much data does Morange use? I have unlimited data on only one line.

Don't some apps use more bandwidth than others though? I'm just wondering.

    Good Info...

My woman has the V9, and free net, so I will have something to try out on it.
And maybe be able to get her to keep an email address.

I honestly have no idea then, you would have to try it I guess.

    Hi Stund,

Did you install the jar for marange (or for that matter any other java app) on your Bell Mobility RAZR2 V9M. I can't figure out how to do it, all the likely menu items direct me to the Bell Mobility browser. Thanks!

OK, thanks ! Do you have the unlimited browser feature? Are you billed extra for morange use?

Also, is the browser the only way to load apps? I downloaded Motorola's MOTODEV studio, which has a tool for loading applications on the phone using the USB cable, but it doesn't seem to communicate with the phone. Has Bell programmed the phone so you have to use their browser to load apps?
