Have you checked the email you gave them when you signed up? It should have gotten the order confirmation.
In any event you can call Sprint and activate the phone, just call from a different phone so that you can set up the new one.

Should I be getting anything else? Maybe like a letter from Sprint with an account number?
I powered the Mogul up and it's able to make calls but I have yet to be able to get on the net. I thought I had to call in to activate an ESN or something too.... Hopefully they have my account right (SERO acct). I'm going to spend a few minutes reading the manual on getting everythign set up.

I ended up putting my phone number into Sprint's online account and it hooked everything up for me. I got the data to somehow work, not sure how though. I called customer service to see if I have unlimited text messages and the lady was so hard to understand! Obviously outsourced, hopefully I don't have to call in anytime in the future.
send an email to eCare...

There is a known issue with orders missing activation instructions. You can take it into a corp store and they can activate it for you.
Support your local Sprint Retail Store!

I have the phone working no voice and data. I guess they activated and set the corrrect date and time for me before it was shipped outbut it felt like I got a used phone too haha
The phone gets the time and date over the network. It most likely just needs to be programmed.
Sero phones come activated, they do it when they ship them. My Mogul came and was able to make calls...glad the FedEx dude didn't abscond with it!
My data took a 10min call and was using it 10min later.
Call during the day!
The price of a smartphone is $650. That's not gonna persist.

My SERO line actually came not activated and I had to activate through CS. That was also during the inception of the SERO program so maybe things are different now.Originally Posted by Sonix
^ Yea mine both came activated as well as others I've helped to get them. And for the best advice I can give is to always call CS during normal US working hours, it is less painful that getting Asia or wherever! E-Care is also better for some issues because it documents responses. Sleep at night!![]()
is sprint customer service 24 hours with US representativesduring normal business hours and outsourced reps during off hours?
^ Yup, I believe so, or a least that's been my expedience. Actually contacting a well trained employee in any company is about the same roll of the dice. I'm not saying Sprint has good CS, I'm saying your chances are much better during the day.
