    Sony W950i - Unlock

    Just would like confirmation that the W950i can be unlocked and if it can could smebody please give me some advice on how to go about it.

    Mine is currently sim locked to Orange-UK here are my phone details.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you ever manage to unlock your phone?
    I got one on Vodafone and would like to unlock it!!

    Hi,

    Yes I did. I ended up using insider solutions on ebay.

    Worked a 100% and no problems. He sends the passcode that just gets typed in the phone so no need for cruiser cables, or third party software.
    They also have a very good rating. Took around 2 weeks though.

    Hi RLPO6,

    No this is not spam, I tried very hard to get my W950i Orange UK unlocked with no joy at all..I tried all the regulars GSM-Server, D-Client KKClient etc. and nobody could do it (you name it I have tried and paid for it)..and as can be seen by all the responses I got to my plea for help ...nobody had any suggestions..I tried this guy on Ebay and he sent me the code..I am not affliated to him or anybody else..I do not understand why you LOL at me as it took over four months to get a unlock...If you do not beleive me I can post all the communications as well as proof of payment for all the credits I purchased to use on the various client software programs...I am still fighting for refunds on some of them.

    Do you have a better suggestion than the guy ebay...because you sure kept it to yourself...so go ahead, give me your suggestion on how I should have unlocked my phone instead of making comments on that you do not know.
