i live in the U.S. and just got an unlocked w810i and using it on tmobile. I did all the internet settings and mms settings and that works great my only problem is the signal strength dropping a lot. If im sitting in my living room i have full bars most of the time but about once a minute or less it drops to 1 or 2 bars for about 5 seconds then goes back up to full. ive also had it where it take the phone out of my pocket and it says emergency calls (this one is super annoying cause when it says that i don't get incoming calls or texts and i dont know how long it goes to emergency only mode at a time) only then after about 10 seconds it comes back with tmobile. this is all in my living room where i usually had full service. i remember on one of my past phones there were settings that made my unlocked phone work a lot better on the network i just dont remember what they were. can anybody shed some light on this?
