Screen capture (movie) program for Mac

I need to record some lessons of me working in Final Cut on a Mac. I would also like for it to record my voice as I'm working. Of course, I would prefer not to pay anything, but I would be willing to pay up to $40 if it's good. Maaaaybe even up to $70, but only if there were no other alternatives.

I've found a few that look like they may work well, but I wanted to see if any one you could recommend one before I commit any money. (So please don't tell me to Google it )

I had to create a training video for one of my classes, and I used a program called Snapz Pro X. It has a full featured trial, and saves in .avi format. It can have full video and audio capture....
