Shes going to Guangzhou tomorrow. Right now shes in Kaiping.

$3980HKD...thats pretty pricey.

itz pricey b/c itz at one of the providers, they need to charge more for phones b/c their plans in HK are so cheap. But since shes not gettin it from there it would be cheaper cuz itz goin to be 'water' stock

just got mine, Toronto's Eaton's Centre has them.

the one on the lower level, across from the Starbucks. Confirmed unbranded.

Can anyone comment on flash themes - I may pull the trigger on HUP today but want to know if it is as crippled as the 810 was.

I had a Rogers 810 with no flash themes and so I debranded - wow what a difference in phone experience with the flash themes.

I realize that I could most likely do the same debranding with this phone but we shouldn't have to pay more $$ to get the most out of these phones.

Anyway if someone could comment it would be appreciated.

I understand why Rogers and others block mp3 ringtones so that people buy from them instead of using their own they made on their PC.

But can anybody explain why they disable flash themes?
I mean they don't lose any money by keeping it enabled...right?

it is not yet available thru retention, i might give a look at rogers store but the wait will might worth the saving

THe cover is inside the glass cover, but no physical outter lens protection.

I asked for a HUP upgrade over CSR (adding this was done through retentions), and their system showed no K850, at least not here in Vancouver.
