How To Buy A U.S. Prepaid Credit Card In Canada?

Is there anywhere or anyway you can buy a U.S. prepaid Visa Mastercard or Amex credit card in Canada?

    Thank you in advance.

OP: Curious as to why it has to be a "US" based card. Won't a card work anywhere?!

Website will not accept Canadian credit cards because they have a Canadian postal code linked to the card.

U.S. prepaid will work i am told because it has a U.S. postal code linked to the card.
