AT&T - Feature Codes... (PART II)

I was able to get TMB9 added as well this last Friday. The CS rep set up the new feature to start on a new billing cycle which was on the 25th. I was looking at my account online and it says I'm over on my messages. I called CS and they said that my new feature hasn't caught up to my account. They said if my account doesn't change by Wednesday to give them a call.

What do you think? What the CS rep said is legit?

I did mine about two weeks ago and was told the same thing ... that it would have started on my new billing cycle. But the difference with me is if i goto my olam for data i see

U1536: Due to the recent change to your data feature, we are unable to display usage information until after your next billing cycle begins

And when i look at my plan addons for text i have none of the selected txt plans listed. So i look as if im at my right spot for my 750 txt messages. I'll see tomorrow when my cycle starts over.

as far as i understand, no ... but my people mainly have palringo ... so whatever photo they wanna send i get it all in program on data

Data is $22 per line. BlackBerry and iPhone are both the same price.

How did you get the iPhone data to $22? I just signed up for a FAN discount and am not sure how the discount will apply to my data - is this using a certain code?

Actually, I have a USPS fan and 4 iphones on my family plan. All 4 get a $7.50 credit every month making the iphone data plan $22.50 for each line.

i think the 2g iphone plan could not be discounted but the 3g one is eligoble for FAN discounts, like other data plans, if it is supported by your FAN agreement.

I just tried calling CS and was told that TMB9 could not be applied because I do not have a business account. How are you guys getting it to work and is there a number or department that I need to speak to? I dialed 611 then zero for CS...thanks.

Discounted in mine as well, same amount.. I was actually told by the rep that any data plan is discounted (she told me if its over 30$) however my 15$ medianet is discounted as well, think it ends up being like 11 or 12 $

I get 28% discount on my primary line voice and all lines data plans. Go the iPhone & Blackberry data plans on my account are both $30 - 28% FAN Discount = $21.60 each.

edit: I should prolly mention that I have an iPhone 3G. The 2G plan is NOT discounted.

I think he meant that we have FAN accounts which are Individual Responsibility User accounts (meaning we pay the bill) but are tied to a business foundation account number (FAN) and we get a monthly service discount for being affiliated with that company.
