When I see something labelled WM or Blackberry, I don't jump to tethering with laptops, I think on-device. And ultimately, on those devices, what are you going to do besides Email, IM, Text or Browse.
There are no expired or retentions plans being mentioned. $30 and $45 are on their website for everyone. No need to go back and forth, I'm not only comparing these plans against the now unavailable $15, but also the very available $30 and $45.
Yes, I meant for the %100 percent data. I was not correct in the way I phrased it.
Okay, so let's talk about this deal.
From what I can tell, this is aligning the $65/1Gig PC Card plan and the $65/1Gig mobile phone and making it 'okay' to have the $65/1gig on your phone.
You know
yourself that this option could be snuck onto a phone well before these ones were hinted at, other than the fact that there is a tiered system what's changed?
The 1Gig was there before. You go over, you're into the next overage protection bracket. All they are doing are scaling for the lesser data buckets, but the average windows mobile user will probably fall into their $50 dollar bracket.
Sorry Dylan, no offence, but I don't see this as a great new plan, just allowing what it seems was not really intended by offering it on the phone and charging people less (not by much) if they fall into the 60->499Meg bracket.
Sorry if I seem snippy... I'm tired
