Driver installation wont load Samsung Mobile Modem Diagnostic Serial Port (WDM)??

So I bought a new laptop and I'm installing drivers to use with my phones to connect to UniCDMA. LG phone drivers work as well as Sanyo, but for some reason only the Samsung CDMA Modem and the Samsung USB Composite Device drivers load, the Samsung Mobile Modem Diagnostic Serial Port (WDM) does not load and as a result prevents me to connecting my Samsung phones to UniCDMA or BitPim. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried loading Samsung drives from different sources, I've deleted the drivers files in the system32/drivers folder and reinstalled, I've deleted all of the entries under the Universal Serial Bus controllers part of the Device Manager and still nothing.

I've noticed when I plug in a Samsung phone, the Ports (COM & LPT) entry under Device Manager doesn't even show up, it only shows up when I plug in a LG or Sanyo phone.

A solution to this issue would be highly appreciated.

ive noticed that it does that to my epic4gt the first couple of times on my custom rom i just had to reinstall the driver everytime i needed to use cdma i know its annoying but had to do that for awhile now its fine....i dont know if that helps
