It says "You are attempting to open a secure connection, but the server's certificate has expired."

I am not trying to browse the web or anything. It just pops up randomly. When I view certificate i get:

    Stale Chain Status
    Revocation Status:

I only get this issue when my curve sees a wifi network it can't connect to. When I am at work I work next to a panera bread, and because you have to accept an agreement for their wifi to work my phone it never fully connects and that's when i get the problem. When I am home and connected to a wifi that I can access I have no issues, so now i have to shut off my wifi when at work.

I called BB and they stated that all certificate errors belong to the carrier interesting that you would have a similar issue on another carrier...
