I just picked up a BJII from Rogers and I'm trying to set it up with our exchange server. When I download the certificate, it tries to install but gives me an error saying ¨Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.¨

Any ideas as to why this is happening and how it could be fixed?

I had a Treo 750 and everything was working fine, I also tried another BJII and the problem still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
