What paperwork is needed to get the corporate discount? I no longer work for JPmorgan but I still have my ID. Is that all they need to verify that you work for the company? I did recall that At&t and sprint only asked me to fax over my ID..The current company I work for offers a lesser discount so it would be sweet if I could get a 15% discount when I transfer to Tmobile.

Go to the T-Mobile Corporate Store. They will verify the ID and ask you for work email or phone. I gave them my work email only since I don't remember my desk line (I barely use it). The guy said they keep it as record for when they might verify. Takes 2mos to kick in. Doesn't hurt to try.

By the way, is it true that t mobile confirms the information that you provide for corporate discount only the very initial time you ask to apply the discount? After that you can be out of that job or no longer be member of that organization and you will continue to receive the discounts bc they're too lazy to recheck every year if the info you provided are still correct or not.

I went in today to try to signup for the employee/corp discount and the rep says that they do not offer discounts to accounts that are not on contract (even more plus). Is this correct or the rep is just talking through her arse?

This is correct, because they feel they are giving you the discounts in the pricing of the plans, since they are cheaper than the even more plans.
