No need to call them. Just fill out the form on their website https://my.t-mobile.com/Corporate/MCSA_Form.doc and then email it to them. The email address you send it to is in the form.

Wasn't/Isn't tmob discount maxed out at 15%, it's about some damn time they raise that up. How long will it take until they reach att max discount lol which is double...30%

I don't know what discounts for T-Mobile are available for me
AT&T: 15% + 20% on accessories
Verizon Wireless: 17%
Sprint: 25%
Nextel: 19%

You can get a 10% discount through the Freelancers Union. Create an account at freelancersunion.org, then look for Tmobile discounts on their website somewhere in the left-side menu (don't remember exactly where). That redirects you to a signup page on the Tmo site.
