My 6 month old 8525 stopped functioning and was replaced on waranty this week.

Initially AT&T mistakenly told me that it was water damaged and, thinking that I had no alternative, I bought a BB 8310.

Then I got the issue straightened out and the 8525 was replaced. (I was told that the new purchase and the waranty on the old phone were unrelated to one another and so I could keep the BB, replace the 8525 on waranty and use it as a backup, which I did.)

I received the replacement, inserted the sim card and battery, booted it up and upgraded to 6.0 prior to activating the BB.

Since then I had a change of heart and decided to sell the new 8525.

The 8525 is brand new, never used and I have the wall charger, a car charger, stereo earphones (all OEM), and a plug that allows a set of phones with 3.5 jack to be connected. In addition I have theOEM USB cable to synch/charge with a computer.

New 8525 (upgraded to 6.0, Wi-fi, touchscreen, 3G, 2 megapixel cameral with video, touchscreen, slide out full QUERTY keyboard and takes 2+GB micro card); charging and headphone accesssories; 6 mo old battery; and original box for $300 and $10 shipping in CONUS (no SIM card).

I would prefer Paypal, but would accept a USPSMO.
I would be happy to provide the AT&T packing slip dated 3/3/08 as proof of the replacement.
