Hey I Have A Ty Tn 2 And I Brought It Unlocked Do I Need To Do A Cid Unlock On The Phone Or Can I Download Other Programs Anyone With This Phone Can They Please Help Me Out And I Cant Send Or Recieve Mms Messages And I Would Like To Know Why I Contacted T-mo And They Didnt Help Me On This Matter But What Can I Do With This New Tool That I Have?

you should do a CID unlock as you have bought it sim unlocked which is different.

CID lock allows you to change software and roms. It also allows you to add 3rd p;arty p;rograms.

Sim unlock also you to p;ut any providers sim card in your phone.

how do i get my wi-fi to work ause it doesnt work neither do my mm messages on my new ty tn i would like someone to help me out here thanks

this is basic device use so you must read the manual and use google and learn how to connect to a wifi network.

I would not try unlocking your phone or doing anything serious with it yet until you read everything you can read, if you don't event have the time to do simple troubleshooting for wifi.

i got the wi-fi working thanks,now my mms messages i need to get those to work

for mms you need to load your provider settings on to your phone.

go to your provider website and have them sent OTA if not recognized phone them and they will give you the proper settings.

by the way who is your provider, you may be able to find the settings in this forum.

my provider is t mobile I don't have an at&# tilt I have a ty tn does that matter?

no it does not matter go to tmobile web site and download the settings to your p;hone.

yea, Either call T-Mobile and ask them to send the setting to the phone...or they will give the MMS settings to you...You can enter them manually in the MMS configuration under the messages.
