ok here it is, i am buting an XE mobile RAZR tomarow morning and i need to know if i can still activate it? or if i can flash it to anything like at&t go phones?

I love my new RAZR!!!

here is what i am thinking of doing:

Buying BOTH a cheap AT&T Go Phone And a cheap Tracfone and activating both with the phones i buy. than swaping the sims into my new razr to try there service out and selling the phone i deside not to go with. of corse i will place the sim card back into the original phone when refilling the account and such too but other than that using my new moto Razr..

if you ever find an XE mobile RAZR you can just unlock it , plus you can get the phone for like 25 bucks!!
