Purchased $25 refill card via PayPal as James suggested, got immediate e-mail PIN.

i explained to the lady that i just bought a refill card from them 2weeks ago. What's going on?

she said she missed that, and apologized. she actually told me the date i bought the refill, which was correct. so it wasnt a scam or something.

but WTF was with the cold call???

maybe they didnt realize you reupped and wanted to make sure you reupped in time as ppc are jerks about it if you dont re up on time, I have heard of people losing hundreds of dollars from ppc just because the person reupped on the 120th day. If you did sign up for a reminder program from them and didnt get the reminder and didnt re-up in time you might be aggravated at them. they were kind of damned if they do damned if they dont.
