I FOUND SOMEONE ONLINE TO UNLOCK MY SIDEKICK PHONE FAST AND EASY HIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS KINGOFELECTRONICS@GMAIL.COM.

to clarify what has been said, you cannot unlock it for data on other networks, so it works all the time.

I have unlocked hundreds (through http://www.globalunlock.com/sidekick.htm) and once unlocked the phone will make and recieve calls and you will be able to make and recieve text messages. Data will not work.
