And people use to think I was kidding when I told them I called Sprint at 3am and the guy that answered said "Yo Dawg, What's up?" I got too fed up with the non-existent service and went to T-Mobile.

I had a problem with my phones battery and Sprint sent me an entire new phone. The old phone was returned to Sprint earlier this week, and SURPRISE, they treated it as a return and cancel, rather than an exchange and turned off my service. They did turn it back on after I called them, and thank goodness I didn't need it for an emergency situation.
That is so unacceptable that if I hadn't already canceled my Verizon service, I would have dropped Sprint like a hot potato. I thought that the complaints about Sprint service were exaggerated, but there is a definite pattern here.

I've never had the experiences described above.
Sounds more like a rep looking for a faster way out of a job.Originally Posted by Rodville

There are definite problems with customer service though people here claim it is better. I have t-mobile thru work and they are way better than sprint at cs, that's not exactly a secret....then again t-mobile has the slowest data in the world and I use 3g more often than I call customer service.
Guilt Is A Useless Emotion
Well, if it was 3AM and the dude could fix my problem then I would be just fine with being called a Dawg. Or even a Dog. Or a Cat.

I am looking to take over a former *Centennial Wireless* Account that was converted to *VERIZON*. Preferably one with a data card, but I won't discriminate if it's a voice plan with a dumbphone/smartphone/whatever. If it's a former Centennial Account and is now a VERIZON account, but still has the Centennial Plan on it, then I AM INTERESTED!

...this happened to me once, though not with Sprint, but rather AT&T.
Who in the world calls CS at 3AM?
I guess all the Dawg's in the world!![]()
Maybe they share the same CS reps?

With all this 3 am talk, I'm thinking of that Hillary Clinton ad that talks about getting that call at 3 am...
LOL, I'd rather have her pick up the damn phone than some of these idiots that Sprint hires!Originally Posted by corys00

I find it amusing that I happened to be reading this thread at 3am PST (or is it PDT now? Whatever). I couldn't leave you guys without posting.
I shouldnt have had that Monster energy drink at 8pm....I'm still jittery dawg!
So your battery didn't work and they sent you an entirely new phone, someone messed up and treated a return as a deactivation, and when you brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it. Oh, the horror. That's the worst customer service I have ever heard of...new phones and one call resolution...it doesn't get any worse than that!Originally Posted by andrew2
