If I flash a non sprint phone to Sprint?

Would sprint allow it to be activated under their network? Iam not sure cause i have heard sprint only lets people activate sprint branded phones. But I also heard that the new regulation says you can get it activated as long as it works on their network.

Any inputs?

Just Sprint phones at the moment. They`re supposed to allow other phones this year sometime I think.

Flashing won't do anything. They go by the ESN. So far, the only thing they promised the court was to release the subsidy lock code for Sprint phones.
