If you mean the small figure like the one in my last pic, it's called Docomodake. I think it's actually kind of a mascot for ntt docomo.

there is a removable cylindrical piece of plastic where i drilled 2 tiny holes. I looped the charms on and super-glued it back to the phone. after 6 months, still holding strong!
