P.S. Can you take the ID sticker on the back out or should you keep it on the phone? Does it have any meaning?

If you mean the sticker on the back of the phone, then yes, you can take it off- it's just a sticker which tells you that it's normal if the phone gets hot during use and that there's a built in NFC/FeliCa chip in the phone.

If you mean the sticker on the inside of the battery cover, no- don't peel that off. The Japanese text on it actually says not to remove it. No idea what it does (the chip is actually in the phone, not the battery cover), but best not to touch it anyways.

yes, i did. the phone and picture is not mine. i can't upload my phone's photo cause i don't have it anymore. it's been a long time since i had that phone though. i'm sorry if i grab someone's photo. i just did that so i can show it here how does it look like.

I think the sticker inside is some kind of metal, I think it acts as the antennae for the FeliCa chip.

i have no keitai right now, one of the main reasons why i've been doing a lot of android content HOWEVER i might get something by november, anybody have a SHARP or NEC laying around ? btw do ICS/JB palette UI screenshots count?

I also managed to get a prototype 903SH with Euro FW, I checked and PWR+8 menu works!

I haven't messed around with it but I am wanting to switch to JP FW. It's been a while since I've read about this mode so isn't this alot safer to do than with a flashed phone? If I don't obviously mess around with things I don't know or that aren't documented..

Anyway, I can't believe the phone is in such good condition, there is seriously only one scuff on the top part on the side. The rest is pristine! Even the silver buttons are perfect.

was the prototype unlocked? I wonder if it safer, the 903sh euro fw is similar to the jp fw so it might be worth trying, just be careful

Yes, it's unlocked I went ahead and switched to Japanese. Everything seems fine and I probably won't go back since camera save times are just incredibly fast compared to Euro.

903SH? It's an old Japanese feature phone from the Vodafone Japan days. Just imagine using an older SE phone and there's not too much difference at first. The main reason why it is so popular in the past and even now is because of its amazing camera which is 3.2Mpx CCD. And it's a pretty sexy phone in red.

If not the phone, the cup is.. uhh a cup. You drink out of it.
